An Expansive Philosophical Journey

Benoit Kim does a great job at providing the format for intellectuals to dig deep and even venture places they never intended on going. In that sense, Discover More is becoming an essential pairing to many in Academia and beyond - which has been difficult to reach. That isn’t to say that Discover More only caters to academics although it seems as if academics are welcomed. Benoit manages to keep the train of thought digestible while allowing his guest to riff. His ability to snap things back to where the average listener would start getting lost is also pleasantly dialed in.

Insightful, Thoughtful, Quality Podcast

Benoit has really high production values that lead to a very polished and professional show. But that’s a bonus as the best thing about it is the content. He’s had some truly remarkable guests ranging from exorcists Fr. Vincent, to academic and Vietnam war refugee Dr Hoang. A leading hypnotist, forensic psychologist and many others. People whose knowledge and experience broadens your mind by exposing you to perspectives, thought processes and concepts that are both fascinating and often new information to most listeners. Really good show and it’s getting better and better episode over episode.

Quality guests and quality interviews. We definitely need more of this long form discussion type of media format with an interviewer who asks intelligent questions.
